Terms & Conditions

  • Payment is by monthly Direct Debit*

  • Direct debit commencing payment date on the; 1st, 14th or 24th of every month.

  • Minimum length of Dental Plan contract will be 12 months upon date of first commencing payment.

  • If the Direct Debit is cancelled within 12 months then full treatment fees will need to be paid retrospectively for benefits already received.

  • Dental Plan entitles the patient to two dental examinations and reviews subject to appointment.

  • Same day emergency appointment subject to practice opening hours.

  • Dental Plan entitles the patient to two hygiene appointments per year

  • Hygiene appointments include a standard scale and polish.  Deep periodontal cleaning may require a further charge.

  • *Alternative full payment for 12 months in advance is available. A renewal letter will be sent at 11 months to advise renewing Dental Plan.

  • Cancelling your membership; one month notice must be given. If amounts due to us are not paid for two months in a row we may terminate the arrangement, and request the full payment of the 18 months contract.

  • New patients are required to pay the first 6 months in advance, the direct debit will start from the 7th month.

  • Terms and conditions are reviewed every 12 months and are subject to change
